‘Swallowed’ is the final image of a charcoal animation in which all the frames are drawn onto the same sheet of paper. The story involves a woman rolling inwardly on a sofa, where incremental erasures and changes trace her withdrawn motion, a style similar to William Kentridge.
‘Picnic at Hanging Rock’ depicts a still from the acclaimed 1975 Australian mystery film. The scene incorporates the body into the landscape, foreshadowing the disappearance of the school children.
